Born 16 February Sean Bailey know professionally as Outlaw MBM Formally Outlaw Candy. Musically Dancehall writer, recording artiste Outlaw the London based businessman is the founder &  CEO of  Must Bust Music.

His career has a depth and influence from dancehall Reggae Music.  Growing up in a fully Jamaican family Reggae music was never a stone’s throw away from Outlaw’s ears.  Late night after parties at Outlaw mums house help out our young pre-artist, singing away in bed.

He starting performing his lyrics for Missile Sound System delivering the sounds and techniques which he admired from the sounds of Saxon, King Jammy, and Kilimanjaro Sound Systems.

Influencing his own MC style with an international World-class flavor, He worked closely with production engineers and recording artists, bringing the making of several different instrumental tracks. The ‘Outer space’ rhythm. Which featured Outlaw collaborating with Junior Reid on a track called “Rub-a-dub-it”.  Also recording Merciless, Mad Cobra and many more. This hot rhythm was a worldwide smash, released on compilation albums from Jet star and Greensleeves phonographic.  Outlaw MBM plans to re-release these tracks in 2019.

Also establishing links with VP records in the USA.  Thrusting his career and Must Bust Music to new areas. Outlaw had a car crash in which he sustained serious injuries that prevented him from walking for over 18 months.   He voiced a song called ‘Leg & Bimma’ the enactment of this event, which can be found on the Blacklisted Album.  Turning a negative into a positive he kept focused  & continually built lyrics.  Outlaw has a charismatic talent, always making an impact with his lyrical  flow and creativity.

Blacklisted his debut album relates and gives you a visionary insight into his career.  The Blacklisted title was chosen because Must Bust Music 2-inch master tapes with various artist contained on tapes was stolen in Jamaica.  Years of quality musical content gone.

This was seen as a revolution for Outlaw to pursue his career. Dramatic steps were taken to compile and create this debut album.  Blacklisted is a unique sound Working with new raw talent introducing new flavors, with songs like Da Streets, Dirty Money. Feat: artist on the album are Jr Reid, Ghost, Mc Carmel.  Integrating all his style and experience Blacklisted is an accomplished urban sound.
